About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Trade & Commercial Manager to lead our commercial strategy, trade operations, and business growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in trade management, commercial operations, and building sustainable business relationships across local and international markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Manage trade operations including procurement, distribution, and supply chain management.
- Identify new business development opportunities in local and international markets.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and trade agreements with vendors and partners.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and trade compliance regulations.
- Collaborate with finance, sales, and operations teams to ensure profitability and efficiency.
- Build strong client and vendor relationships to expand the company’s commercial network.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven experience as a Commercial Manager, Trade Manager, or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of international trade, contracts, and negotiations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
