At Info Resume Edge, we connect talented professionals with global organizations to drive digital excellence. We are seeking a detail-oriented Usability Tester to evaluate the user experience (UX), usability, and accessibility of web, mobile, and enterprise applications.

The ideal candidate will combine strong knowledge of manual testing with expertise in user behavior analysis, ensuring products are intuitive, efficient, and meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct usability testing sessions to evaluate user experience, navigation flow, and accessibility.
• Develop and execute test scenarios that reflect real-world user behavior.
• Perform manual testing for design, functionality, and overall usability.
• Identify UI/UX issues, accessibility barriers, and design inconsistencies.
• Collaborate with UX Designers, Developers, and QA Engineers to recommend improvements.
• Document test findings and prepare usability reports with actionable insights.
• Ensure compliance with WCAG accessibility guidelines and industry usability standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), IT, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Usability Tester, UX Tester, or QA Analyst with usability focus.
• Strong knowledge of UI/UX principles, user journey mapping, and accessibility testing.
• Familiarity with usability testing tools (Lookback, Optimal Workshop, Hotjar, Morae).
• Excellent communication, observation, and reporting skills.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum environments and cross-functional collaboration.
• ISTQB Usability Testing or similar certification (preferred).
