Position Overview:

As a Used Car Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our used car marketplace. You will work closely with our sales team to ensure a smooth and efficient process for buying and selling used cars on our platform.

Key Responsibilities:

– Oversee the entire process of buying and selling used cars on our platform, from listing to delivery

– Manage and maintain relationships with car dealerships and individual sellers

– Conduct market research to determine pricing and demand for different types of used cars

– Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for restocking or pricing adjustments

– Collaborate with the sales team to develop marketing strategies to attract buyers and sellers

– Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of purchased cars

– Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to used car transactions

– Keep track of industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

– Generate reports and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to management

– Train and supervise new team members as needed

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

– Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role, preferably in the automotive industry

– Strong knowledge of the used car market and industry trends

– Excellent communication and negotiation skills

– Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

– Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software

– Ability to work independently and as part of a team

– Fluent in English, Arabic is a plus
