We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Warehouse Manager to oversee daily operations, optimize warehouse processes, and ensure smooth inventory management. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience in supply chain management, and the ability to improve productivity while maintaining safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage all aspects of warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and distribution of goods.
  • Lead and motivate the warehouse staff to achieve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Implement effective inventory management systems to reduce discrepancies and maintain stock accuracy.
  • Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and sales teams to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Monitor and enforce health and safety standards in warehouse operations.
  • Optimize warehouse layout, space utilization, and resource allocation.
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on inventory levels, KPIs, and warehouse performance.
  • Implement cost-saving strategies while maintaining operational excellence.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Warehouse Manager or Logistics Manager.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory control systems and warehouse management software (WMS/ERP).
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
